Technical ConsultantReference: JHB003751-KK-1Our client, a top-tier software partner implementing and supporting Service Management, Operation Management, Risk Management, and Contract Management solutions in South Africa and globally, is looking for a Technical Consultant to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDuties include:Co-deliver design thinking workshops with customers and account teamsCommunicate concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiencesTransform future state designs into prototypes, refining through customer validationDevelop prototypes with a focus on reusabilitySynthesize and publish engagement solution stories and artifactsHands-on experience in responsive web developmentContinually self-educate on ITSM and CLM capabilitiesScope, document, and design solutions based on customer needsProvide high-level technical support to customersImplement low/no code solutions for ITSM & CSMDevelop reports & dashboard widgets as neededDetermine optimal technology solutions for customer needsImprove operational efficiency through workflow optimizationStay updated with latest releases and integrationsImpart best practice knowledge of processes and technologyConstruct or modernize business processes and platformsRequirementsRelevant 2+ years within ITSM or CSM industry experience and/or tertiary qualification in information technology or computer scienceWorking knowledge of Ivanti is advantageousKnowledge of processes and technology according to ITIL methodologiesITIL and KCS methodologyIIS, SQL, MySQL, HTML, Python/Web Services experience is advantageousIntegration and scripting skillsProficiency in other foreign languages would be advantageousShould you be interested, please forward your CV to ******.
