Internal Consultant PositionAn Internal Consultant is needed to support the External Fleet Sales Consultants with various customer service and administrative duties, ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met at all times.
Minimum Requirements: Matric qualificationNo criminal recordIdeally reside in the surrounding areasDuties: Enrolling new customers and units onto the systemAssisting clients with any changes on the cloud or mobile appCollating information and generating reportsDistributing reports as requiredMaintaining the client database, contracts, and account informationPrevious experience in a similar position within a technical service environment such as fleet management, IT, automotive breakdowns, or vehicle tracking would be an advantage. Advanced MS Excel Skills are essential (Formulas, graphs, and pivots).
