Job purpose statement:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Clerk to support our Data Book Expeditor in managing project documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure the precise formatting, storage, and tracking of H1, H2, and H3 data dossiers, maintaining strict adherence to documentation management plans and ensuring seamless information control throughout project phases.
Key Performance Areas:
Documentation Control and Tracking Maintain comprehensive information and control logsEnsure 24-hour document processing turnaround timeTrack and distribute H1, H2, and H3 dossiers accuratelySupport electronic metadata consistencyInformation Control Excellence Manage document control rules in accordance with authorized proceduresMaintain an accurate and effective filing systemAssist in controlling and maintaining archived databasesDigital Information Management Store and archive information on network drivesPerform information control tasks in M-files and AconexEnsure accuracy of data input and document completenessManage time booking and leave applications
Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalentExperience: Junior-level administrative experience
