We are seeking a skilled Technical Administrator with a background in inspection, pressure equipment, or quality control within the welding industry to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the development and maintenance of a specialized database for our operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement a comprehensive database for managing inspection and equipment data.
Collect, verify, and input technical data related to pressure equipment, welding, and quality control processes.
Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation, inspection reports, and certifications.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all database entries and workflows.
Analyze and optimize workflows related to inspection and quality control.
Provide administrative and technical support for inspection and maintenance activities.
Liaise with quality control and inspection teams to ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Generate reports and summaries for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in inspection, pressure equipment, or quality control in the welding industry.
Strong technical understanding of inspection procedures, welding standards, and pressure equipment regulations.
Proficiency in database software, data entry, and technical documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASME, ISO, AWS) is highly desirable.
Experience with quality management systems and compliance is a plus.
