Technical Business Analyst Minimum Requirements: Essential Skills Programming experience (preferably Python and SQL) Root cause analysis of incidents or bugs Production support Desirable Skills (nice to have, NOT essential) Capital Markets Application Front Arena Prime (preferable) Murex Calypso Ion (W allStreet, Allegro) Iress DevOps Azure DevOps (preferable) Testing requirements scoping Code deployments Stakeholder engagement and management Business requirements elicitation Understanding of most trading asset classes (e.g., FX, IR, Derivatives, Commodities) Responsibilities:  Ensure availability and efficiency of Trading Position and risk systems for stakeholders.
Support stakeholders and users across Front, Middle, and Back Office, as well as dependent systems.
Conduct morning checks.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for any logged incidents or failures.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support BAU changes (e.g., report changes, new reports, code changes).
Participate in after-hours on-call duty for 1 week on a rotational basis.
