As a Technical Business Analyst you will perform a vital role in providing seamless relationship between the Technology and Security team, the local BizTech teams in our markets as well as end users where necessary and our wider teams in (Business Technology Services) BTS our technology provider.
You will also be responsible for creating communications for the above audiences supporting delivery of Technology and Security projects into Twinings and sharing the teams deliverables with the BizTech teams to facilitate collaboration and adoption.
Also collaborating with our Projects team to gather and complete the necessary inputs into our project delivery framework.
Key Responsibilities Apply structured approaches to identify, investigate, analyse, and communicate complex business and technical problems and opportunities within defined projects.
Analyse business goals, objectives, functions, and processes, using relevant information and data to support the definition of requirements.
Conduct options analysis, assess feasibility and operational impact, quantify potential business benefits, and contribute to business case development.
Ensure proposed solutions meet business, technical, and user needs.
Develop and deliver clear and effective end-user communications tailored to various audiences.
Present findings in an accessible and easy-to-understand way to support data-informed decision-making based on user research.
Create comprehensive training materials, including user guides and manuals.
Prepare and present concise project update communications to stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with project teams to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
Produce detailed technical documentation to support system implementations and upgrades.
Ensure documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant parties.
Identify, analyse, manage, and monitor relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate with stakeholders clearly and regularly, clarifying mutual needs and commitments through consultation and consideration of impacts while focusing on user and business needs.
Identify opportunities to improve business performance within defined projects.
Analyse, design, and prioritize business changes to improve business operations and services.
Support the implementation of proposed business improvements.
Identify, analyse, challenge, and validate business and user requirements.
Coordinate and review the prioritization of requirements using appropriate requirements management life cycle methods.
Identify and resolve issues that arise during project implementation.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise A minimum of 5 years experience as a Technical Business Analyst Able to apply structured approaches to identify, investigate, analyse and communicate complex business and technical problems and opportunities, within a defined project Skilled in analysing business goals, objectives, functions and processes, using relevant information and data to support the definition of requirements Skilled in helping to ensure proposed solutions meet business, technical and user needs Ability to understand the impact of potential changes and how business processes, systems, data, roles and responsibilities interact Experienced in supporting the implementation of proposed business improvements Ability to work under limited supervision to communicate with stakeholders clearly and regularly, clarifying mutual needs and commitments through consultation and consideration of impacts while focusing on user and business needs Ability to present findings in an accessible and easy to understand way to support data-informed decision making, based on user research Proficient in creating clear and effective end-user communications, developing comprehensive training materials, and delivering concise project update communications Twinings has become one of the world's most loved tea companies over its 300-year history because we never stop learning, never stop experimenting and never stop inventing.
