The Technical and Engineering Analyst will play a critical role in supporting engineering projects through analysis, design, and implementation of technical solutions. This position requires a strong engineering background combined with analytical skills to optimize processes and enhance product performance.

Responsibilities: Collect, analyse, and interpret engineering data to support decision-making.
Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on project requirements and specifications.
Troubleshoot engineering problems and propose effective solutions.
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring engineering projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Participate in the design and development of new products or systems.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
Maintain accurate records of engineering processes, changes, and technical specifications.
Prepare technical documentation and user manuals as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in engineering processes.
Conduct quality control assessments and recommend improvements.

Requirements Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a technical or engineering analyst role.
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in engineering software tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software).
