Technical Advisor - KZN207 Camperdown Pietermaritzburg Cato RidgeThe role of the Technical Advisor is to advise and support the Broiler Farm Managers, along with maintaining a good relationship with external and internal suppliers.The ideal candidate would be responsible for:• Broiler technical support to customers• Customer liaison, and farm visits• Optimize the genetic potential of the Ross 308 bird• Sales and marketing of DOC• Achieving sales targets• Preparing Customer Complaint Reports, and monthly credits• Compiling sales reports and 7 day mortality dataThe successful candidate must meet the following requirements:• Must have a formal tertiary qualification• 10 to 15 years' experience in broiler management• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills• Able to communicate in IsiZulu will be an added advantage• Passionate, performance driven, with a high degree of self-motivated• A team player that is pro-active and able to work accurately and independently• High level of personal and professional integrity• Committed to service excellence and attention to detail• A self-starter, with a friendly disposition
