Detail: Work model: On-siteResponsibilities:Assist customers with their technical issues, coordinate with relevant experts to provide solutions, and offer demonstrations, training, and consultations when necessary.Maintain strong customer relationships, manage expectations, and strive towards an excellent customer experience.Ensure the delivery of products meets client requirements and deadlines by actively participating in the development processes.Regularly visit customers within the assigned area and make recommendations for their current and future technology needs.Respond to technical problems ensuring smooth implementation and product launch.Keep updated with technology trends and best practices in the market, take initiative in innovation, and work towards constant improvement.Collaborate closely with key stakeholders within the organization to define and enhance new products.Mentor developers, support their skill development, and encourage better operational practices.Develop and test system modules, conduct testing of completed code modules, and ensure a smooth system deployment with intended functionality.Translate functional specifications into workable project deliverables and stage them according to team capability.Be in charge of quality control and project management.Qualifications:Proven experience in Technical Account Management or related fields.Hands-on experience in complex project management and web-based user interface development.Experience working with Government entities preferable.Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Customer-centric, attentive listener, and effective negotiator.Familiar with Financial systems, accounting concepts, software development lifecycle and processes, and transactional knowledge.Ability to work well within a team.Tertiary technical qualification as Business Analysis, Developer or similar.Salary: R 80 000, plus medical aid and other benefits.
