Excellent company seeking a Technical Accounts Manager where you have the opportunity to work with SA's leading Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment company.Qualifications:Tertiary technical qualification as Business Analysis, Developer or similar (Degree)MatricExperience:10 years + A proven track record of Technical Account Management or other relevant experience.Hands-on experience with complex project management.Experience with development of real-time web-based user interfaces.Experience with development of complex web-based portals.Experience with Government entities would be ideal.Skills or Knowledge:Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address and resolve issues.Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Effective negotiation and vendor management skills.Critical thinker.A listener who is customer-oriented and attentive to their needs.Familiarity with Financial systems and accounting concepts would be beneficial.Familiar with software development lifecycle and processes.Transactional Knowledge.Team player.Job Type: Full-timePay: R65000,00 - R80000,00 per month
