Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical and Quality Manager to oversee our shoe manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality products and efficient processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, quality management expertise, and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical:
1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes and standards.
2. Manage and maintain production equipment and machinery.
3. Collaborate with R&D to introduce new products and technologies.
4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Quality:
1. Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.
2. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure quality compliance.
3. Analyse and resolve quality issues and complaints.
4. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Management:
1. Lead and manage a team of technical and quality professionals.
2. Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field
2. 5+ years of experience in technical and quality management, preferably in the footwear industry
3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
4. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001)
2. Experience with shoe manufacturing machinery and processes
