Tech Lead Java Developer

My client is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to play a key role in the development of their backend infrastructure on AWS. In this role, you will leverage your extensive Java experience to design, develop, and implement complex backend services. Key Requirements · Please note that this is a 12-month contractual role- with the possibility of going permanent. · Computer Science/ Information Systems degree/diploma or 7 years equivalent experience · Certification in Java would be advantageous · Technically lead the developer team by guiding and mentoring developers, leading technical discussions and design sessions and ensuring and maintaining adherence to coding standards and best practices. · Experience with Java J2EE, Spring Framework 4 or higher, Spring Boot and Wildfly · Exposure to test-driven development with fully automated CI/CD toolchains S hould you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.jobsmspstaffing.co.za .
