Tech Lead

Position: Technical Lead
Experience: 5+ years in Java and/or .NET development, leading development teams on core Java / J2EE and/or .NET platforms.
Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Java EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
Database Skills: Proficiency in database design and SQL.
Cloud and DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
Containerization: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker).
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Additional Skills: Container knowledge (Kubernetes, Docker) and experience in integrating with telephone-based systems.
Front-End and Back-End: Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end and back-end technologies.
Development and Testing: Developing application codes and unit tests in Java, .NET, and Rest Web Services.
Team Leadership: Reviews and approves documentation and diagrams created by team members.
Teamwork: Experience working in high-performing teams through the entire development lifecycle.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
