Reporting to: Face-to-Face Project ManagerPaterson Grading: C4The remuneration includes a 13th cheque, company contribution to provident fund and Group Life cover.Introduction:The National Sea Rescue Institute is looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead the face-to-face fundraising team in Cape Town, working in shopping centres and at various venues and events nationwide.The NSRI has 50+ stations, satellite stations and Lifeguard premises across a volunteer network spanning 1500+ volunteers.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the fundraising team.Coordinate fundraising activities in shopping centres and events.Ensure targets are met and strategies are implemented effectively.Qualifications:Proven experience in team management.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
