Job Title: Team Leader - Saves/New AcquisitionJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our Saves/New Acquisition team at Vodacom. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer retention and acquisition growth, leading a team of agents, and ensuring exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of Saves/New Acquisition agents to achieve sales and retention targetsDevelop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and acquisition ratesMonitor and analyze team performance, providing coaching and feedback to agentsIdentify and address training needs to enhance team skills and knowledgeCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communicationDrive process improvements to enhance customer experience and team efficiencyMeet or exceed monthly sales and retention targetsRequirements:3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or telesales, with 1+ year in a leadership roleProven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving sales targetsExcellent leadership, communication, and coaching skillsStrong understanding of the telecommunications industryAbility to analyze data and make informed decisionsExperience with performance management and process improvement
