About the role:As a UX/UI Team Lead your role will be focused on contributing to the overarching strategy that shapes holistic client experiences by synthesizing multi-stakeholder input and leading a team of UX and UI specialists.
You will either manage the end-to-end delivery of user interfaces, ensuring alignment with product strategies and design standards, or provide technical leadership in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive design system. This involves overseeing the entire process, from conceptualization to execution and continuous refinement, to deliver cohesive and user-centric design solutions.
