Must have a good understanding of sales techniques and motivate employees at all times.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLEOptimize sales and conversionsCoach, mentor, and manage objectionsEnsure agent compliance with industry best practicesProvide feedback on agentsEnsure smooth team workflowAlert management of issuesProvide daily direction and communication to employees for timely, efficient, and knowledgeable client callsContinually evaluate processes and procedures, suggesting improvements for area operations, efficiency, and service to internal and external customersProvide regular statistical and performance feedback and coaching to each team memberWrite and administer performance reviews for skill improvementBe available for employees with work and/or personal problems, providing coaching, counseling, direction, and resolutionEnsure employees have necessary training and resources to perform their jobsRespond to and resolve employee relations issuesCreate and maintain a high-quality work environment to motivate team membersWork on special or ongoing projects for area/process improvementShare responsibility for managing employees, ensuring efficient and effective call handlingEstablish work procedures and processes supporting company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directivesUse judgment in upward communication regarding department or employee concernsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED2-3 years sales experienceFamiliarity with sales processes, techniques, and technologyAdvanced computer literacy (MS Office applications and G-Suite)LeadershipMotivationCoaching and mentoringHardworkingGoal setting and achievementMultitaskingNumeracyInternal Applicants Considerations:Duration of service - at least 6 monthsNot currently on any EP stageBehavior, attendance, and consistent performance will be considered
