Agents are requested to approach customers to make sales. We are looking for people with good people skills, tech-savvy, target, and sales driven with a friendly approach and excellent communication skills.
Job Details
Drive team for more sales for prepaid and Fibre to the home.
Manage a team of promoters who do activations in informal and formal areas.
Reports such as staff absence, area allocation, promoter progress on targets and sales update
Brand activation and promotions
Create a dominant brand identity in key informal townships.
Achieve target sales.
Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training and skills checks.
Conduct store visits in the informal areas on informal stores.
Call on a database of stores in the area,
Managing allocated store database in the area,
Merchandise products in store,
Data collection
Reporting on store related issues
Place point of sale displays in stores,
Manage product displays as per the seasonal cycles.
Interact regularly with all store staffs to keep them informed about upcoming product promotions.
Build and maintain relationship with store managers and floor salesmen in the store,
Conduct in store training and complete system reporting.
Travelling/Store Visits daily,
Candidate Requirements
Valid drivers' licence.
Own reliable vehicle
The successful candidates should have a background in Sales
Management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge and Microsoft office.
