Proactive reporting on these areas is essential.With Hollywoodbets You Will:Innovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.Embrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.Grow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.You Bring:Valid driver's license.12 months experience in a leadership role.Track record of over-achieving quota.Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities.A Bonus To Have:MatricWhat You'll Do For The Brand:Work closely with Area Managers to meet required targets.Plan marketing campaigns/promotions/events with the assistance of the Area Manager and regional marketing Team.Facilitate daily promotional activities.Ensure marketing material is available and in good condition for all campaigns.Management of stock (daily report on stock levels and usage).Measure the effectiveness of promotions using Promo Tracker.Conduct market analysis/research to suggest improvements within the mobile department.Recruitment and interviewing in coordination with Area Manager and HR department.Manage performance and team management of sales agents, including setting daily targets and conducting performance reviews.Manage team members' leave, absenteeism, and attendance.Identify potential for Top Up Voucher outlets and visit outlets as required.Organize continuous training for sales agents.Complete all Moodle/Betstrike and Voice note training weekly.Ensure cash-ups are done following procedures and report shortages to management.Ensure Booster vehicles are clean and maintained.Submit Daily Reports.Any other related duties that might be required.What You'll Bring To The Team:Good analytical skills.Strong computer skills.Creative skills.Strong sense of accountability.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent attention to detail.Effective planning skills to meet deadlines.So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
