Team Leader - Medical Production

THE JOB AT A GLANCE
To assist the Manager in managing the end-to-end process of adjudication of Medical Invoices and to engage in service related queries from internal and external stakeholders and providing relevant business information and solutions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Full compliance always on team's deliverables
Ensure that daily statistical reports are accurate
Accurate and timeous monthly reporting
Apply knowledge and correct application of different tariff schedules
Approve and authorize HCP Demographics
Ensure high standard of client relationship – by means of attitude and knowledge (Performance measured in terms of Company Survey)
The 360 end-to-end management of the medical benefits procedures in accordance with agreed upon standards and timelines
Continuous assessment and analysis of the processes and procedures with the goal of continuously improving efficiency and effectiveness
Managing the process of all production queries from other departments as well as the contact centre
Managing the team in alignment with the RMA way (values, policy and procedures)
Adhoc responsibilities within agreed timelines and quality standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE?

Relevant Business Management Diploma or equivalent
Nursing degree (Advantageous)
Leadership certificate
2 to 4 years' experience in relevant field including supervision experience
Medical scheme / aid background advantageous
IT proficiency
Knowledge of SAMA, COID, RPL, ICD10 coding and Nappi Codes
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
Effective interpersonal skills
Adherence to confidentiality
Customer centricity.
