Business Segment: Insurance & Asset Management Location: ZA, GP, Roodepoort, Ellis Street 4 To manage, oversee and have oversight over the team, whilst delivering a superior customer service by adhering to Business procedures, audit requirements, regulatory requirements, legislative requirements and where necessary creating new Process within an Operational environment, in terms of agreed human performance principles.To provide a leading/best practice service and administrative operation for SBIB product portfolio and report on all activities within the respective environmentTo use the Technologies available to bring in and make the area more efficient and to ensure the area meets its targets, budgets and KRA'sEffective planning and monitoring of all operational requirementsContribute to the overall achievement of the team and organisation goals and strategiesEnsure PI. Ops losses are minimised by creating awareness, carrying out rectification actions.Provide clear purpose and direction through daily/weekly connect sessions following the Connect Methodology.Adhere to the Standard Bank Performance management process and procedureEnsure that all operational issues are handled immediately to minimise the risk and minimise escalations.
