"I joined Woodlands Dairy in 2019 as part of the Learnership programme for a duration of 12 months. I joined Woodlands Dairy straight after finishing matric I had no experience at all, and I was not sure which career path to embark on. I completed the Learnership programme, and I was permanently appointed in 2020 as a General worker. After only 12 months as a permanent employee, I was promoted to a Filler operator which allowed me to better my family's life by renovating my parents' house. 2019 as an Electrical Apprentice at maintenance concentrates and qualified in 2022. Being a qualified Technician has been my greatest achievement by far and has changed my life drastically.
