The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Branch to achieve the business objectives in accordance with the Regional and Retail Operations strategy.

You Bring: 6 months within the Gaming or Betting industry.A Bonus To Have: Relevant Diploma, Degree or NQF 4 Learnership.Valid driver's license.1-2 Years leadership experience.What You Will Do For The Brand: Branch growth Ensure achievement of targets within your areas in accordance with Branch budgets.Drive business results by creating an open dialog with your guests to educate them on all your Branch products.Ensure betting boards are updated timeously.Update memos, card changes, results, and scratchings throughout the day.Be knowledgeable on all game rules, odds, and pay-outs.Ensure confirmation limits are adhered to and call the BSC department before laying a bet over the limit.Take customer bets where applicable (A requirement in express Branches).Visit outlets as per call cycle.Cash administration Manage cash within the Branch according to defined processes and procedures to minimize risks, theft, and fraud.Educate team members on all FICA Compliance.Submit daily banking schedules to the Branch Manager and Senior Team Leader.Ensure adherence to credit card administration and EFT policies where applicable.Issue correct floats to team members at the end of their shift.Conduct interim checks with the Team Leader on duty.Reconcile by end of shift to the balance reflected on the LPM, Admin, and HIS report.Manage recovery processes in line with procedures.Follow the correct process with lost ticket claims and ensure ticket numbers are received from the Helpline.Record guest details and ID number to validate payment after 90 days.Branch reporting Ensure daily newsflashes provide a high-level overview of operations for the day.Manage Branch stock control to ensure sufficient supply.Conduct weekly stock takes and account for shortages.Notify relevant parties of stock shortages via email.Security management Be aware of surroundings when opening and closing the Branch.Adhere to security factors when conducting banking.Know the locations of panic buttons within the Branch.Ensure all cameras inside and outside the Branch are operational.Manage all security aspects in the Branch.Conduct the cashing-up process with security monitoring the areas.Branch appearance Maintain a neat and tidy Branch according to Hollywood standards.Ensure facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.Comply with procedures to prevent losses and report any problems promptly.Compliance Adhere to the company's internal control policy.Ensure compliance with company, legislative, and legal requirements, specifically Gambling Board requirements.Comply with the code of ethics and escalate fraudulent activities.Ensure a registered FICA officer is on site during operating hours.Ensure a licensed manager is on duty before a shift begins.Ensure all team members are dressed in their correct Hollywood uniform while on duty.Prohibit team members from taking personal bets within the Branch.Restrict team members on duty from utilizing the Limited pay-out machine.Communication Circulate operational communication to all team members.Keep team members informed of key business campaigns and updates.Follow correct lines of communication and provide timely feedback to support office.People management Manage team member rosters and schedules to ensure adequate staffing.Manage staff attendance and behavior with guidance from Branch Manager and Senior Team Leader.Submit new recruitment documentation to the Human Resources department promptly.Guest service Provide excellent guest service by being friendly and courteous.Proactively address guest complaints and ensure positive feedback.Build strong relationships with regular guests.Create a guest-centric culture within the Branch.Values Actively promote and live the Hollywood values.Lead by example to the team.Manage LPMs and maintain relationships with other divisions if applicable.Work closely with Branch Manager and Senior Team Leader to suggest improvements.Be available 24/7 in case of emergencies.What You Will Bring To The Team: Good communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and initiative.High ethical standards and reliability.Impressive people management and reporting skills.Good knowledge of Marketing Management.Excellent knowledge of operating systems and Betting Procedures.Strong problem-solving skills.Good report writing skills (verbal and written).So, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
