Job DescriptionTeam Leader Responsible for ensuring seamless operations across all different departments within the aparthotel.
Team management, conduct regular team briefings and on-the-job training.
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction, focusing on customer service.
Ensure accurate billing, daily financial reconciliations, and adherence to aparthotel financial policies.
Conduct weekly audits such as cleanliness, stock control and guest satisfaction.
Involvement with sales, identifying new business and creating leads.
