We're on the lookout for a dynamic leader to steer the team of Hosts on these legendary vessels.In this leadership role, you'll be a key player in the Whakatipu Operations team, ensuring your team receives comprehensive training and the tools needed to deliver the exceptional RealNZ experiences we're famous for. Your days will be spent leading by example, showcasing top-notch food & beverage and guest service skills, upselling other RealNZ experiences, and keeping daily operations sailing smoothly.What we're looking for:At least 1 year of leadership experienceStrong food & beverage background (including bar and barista)A proven track record in hosting and guest serviceDuty Manager CertificateExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to leadThis is a unique opportunity to make an impact right here in Queenstown.
