To lead a team of Home Loan Officers in providing exceptional customer services to Home Loans clients in financial distress or who anticipate experiencing financial distress with the selling of their properties, allowing the customer to minimise their losses with dignity, respect and a clean credit bureau record. To effectively achieve Conveyancing milestones in the transfer of home loan accounts to third parties through the Easysell assisted sales programme, Private Offer / Executor / Sheriff instruction.
QualificationsCompleted MatricLegal DegreeA tertiary degree in Legal would be a minimum requirement for this job. A professional qualification from the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) would be required.Experience3 - 4 years of experience is required. The role requires an incumbent with a thorough understanding of the entire Home Loans value chain. This role will coach, mentor and guide junior resources as it relates to home loans, credit, collections and conveyancing. A good understanding of the Bank's products would be required. Experience in dealing with various stakeholders under significant levels of pressure would be required. Practical experience of the legal field would be required in order to guide the conveyancing processes.
