An exciting opportunity exists at iMasFinance Cooperative Limited in Centurion to fill the above management position in our iLend division. Preference will be given to qualifying candidates from the designated groups, in support of the iMasFinance transformation strategy.Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader in Asset Financing (Secured Loans) at our Digital Sales Contact Centre in Centurion to join our team at iMasFinance. As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the overall sales effort and effectiveness of the asset financing team in the Contact Centre. You will pursue sales excellence, work to achieve stakeholders benefits and increase the long-term value of asset financing products by maintaining high levels of individual and team performance, to achieve sales growth and objectives of the iLend Division.Key Responsibilities:Provide input towards digital sales strategy and service standardsImplement, supervise and execute digital sales strategy through asset financingImplement, monitor and achieve Digital Sales Channels strategic objectivesAnalyse statistics on sales performance and standards of the sales teamDevelop and implement plans for the achievement of increased sales (including upselling and cross selling where applicable), optimal service levels, and increase member/customer experienceContribute to annual budget planning, monitor expenses, and manage operational budgets within the digital sales environmentActively and effectively monitor operational contact centre standards of the team and proactively implement corrective actionsLead the measurement, assessment and reporting on the achievement of sales and the quality of the business and recommend interventions where necessaryReport on all contact centre related indicators and recommend improvementsIdentify and report on process and product improvement opportunities to support the overall improvement of performance, sales and customer experienceOversee incoming calls, digital and social media-based leads, member enquiries, turnaround times and compile reports and feedbackEnsure the successful implementation of departmental processes and business practices that align with legislative requirementsAssist external and/or internal audit department with information during audit processIdentify compliance risk, recommend corrective action, implement and monitor corrective actions to minimise compliance riskEstablish and maintain positive and productive relationships with third parties.Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and other divisions to coordinate the delivery of all related services to members/customersManage team performance, employee relations, staff training, development and retention, and ensure full staff complement alwaysMinimum Requirements:QualificationsMatric with Languages/Accounting/Mathematics (Essential)Certificate that is FAIS compliant and/or FSCA Relevant Qualification (Essential)Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales/Commerce/Business/Management (Recommended)Valid Code C1 driver's license (Essential)Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite)Experience4 years' operational experience in Financing of Secured & Unsecured Loan Products (Essential)4 years' operational experience of Contact Centre (Essential)KnowledgeUnderstands Contact Centre Technology and OperationsCustomer experience and service deliveryQuality assurance & Service Level ManagementSales/Marketing and Customer Retention processes and proceduresExceptional Financing knowledgeExcellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsSound knowledge of the regulatory environment (FICA, NCA)SkillsVerbal, writing and presentation skillsNegotiation, conflict management and organizing skillsComputer skills especially ExcelManage resources against volume and contact centre data,Interpret financial, volume and other contact centre dataPeople ManagementCompany Values:At iMasFinance, we value trust, ownership, and commitment to ethical practices.
