Team Lead Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the South Africa Mechanical Engineering team. Oversee and manage all mechanical engineering aspects of industrial building projects. Maintain effective communication with their global teams. Mentor and coach design engineers or technologists. Support business development, including input into bids and proposals. Deliver mechanical work packages for multiple projects. Qualifications: Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering. 8-10 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering design and/or installation. Professional registration with ECSA as a PrEng preferred. Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
