Position Overview: As the Team Lead Managed Services, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Managed KYC team, ensuring the team meets productivity and training targets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and staff. This role requires a deep understanding of KYC processes and regulatory requirements, as well as the ability to lead and inspire a team to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities: Identify and support the productivity and training needs of colleagues and clients within agreed timescales.Actively encourage a positive culture of continuous improvement through new ideas.Work collaboratively, approachably, and respectfully with your team members and all IDR staff.Interact with clients, lawyers, investors, and administrators effectively and professionally.Clearly own your functional area in the view of clients and your team members.Confidently perform senior reviews of KYC Profiles in collaboration with the MLRO and senior colleagues.Ensure that all activity reflects a defined process and is undertaken within its parameters.Present a clear weekly view of Managed KYC team activity and current status.Understand and explain the regulatory basis for Managed KYC as part of regular training.Own the Managed KYC service and act as the primary point of contact for all clients and staff.Build and maintain excellent client relationships ensuring smooth delivery of the Managed KYC service.Confidently address questions on the standard and scope of KYC provided to parties on behalf of our clients.Engage in regular communications with service users to ensure successful client outcomes.Maximize the use of technology in all processes in order to control risk and improve efficiency.Navigate efficiently around TIDR in support of your duties.Suggest technology improvements in pursuit of efficiency.Deputize for the Managed Services Manager in his/her absence.Support the measurement and reporting of performance using well-considered indicators.Promote and contribute to a positive working environment.Control daily work allocation using the task management system.Key Result Areas: Embrace Commitment by demonstrating unwavering dedication to meeting productivity and training targets for colleagues and clients, in alignment with agreed timescales.Foster Connection by actively promoting a positive culture of continuous improvement through the introduction of innovative ideas, encouraging collaboration among team members, and maintaining respectful interactions with all IDR staff.Embrace Change by continually seeking opportunities to maximize the use of technology and suggesting improvements in pursuit of efficiency while ensuring compliance with defined processes and regulatory requirements.Embrace Challenges by confidently owning the Managed KYC service, addressing questions from clients and staff regarding KYC standards and scope, and deputizing for the Managed Services Manager in their absence to maintain smooth operations and client outcomes.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Accounting, Business, etc.).Commitment to the company's core values: Challenge, Change, Connect, and Commit.
