Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in an early childhood education setting
Responsibilities:  Plan and implement ageappropriate and developmentally stimulating lessons and activities for children aged 05  Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children  Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues  Assess and monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents  Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the school or center  Attend meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay current on best practices in early childhood education  Participate in parentteacher conferences and other communication with parents
Skills:  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  Patience and compassion for young children  Strong organizational and time management skills  Ability to work well in a team environment  Knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education  Proficiency in using educational technology and tools
