As an Internal Account Manager for the Tarsus Distribution SADC team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Tarsus' customers always receive the highest quality customer service and that communications with customers are constant, accurate, and effective across the SADC region. By ensuring ongoing operational excellence at all times you will be responsible for driving the sales activity to achieve specific sales and margin targets while successfully delivering our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
We are looking for individuals who want to collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory, looking to also be a part of leading the transformation that is taking place in the technology distribution space within SADC. Customer-centric and administratively strong individuals who embrace change and are excited by the use of digital tools in the sales environment are encouraged to apply.
Requirements: Matric or equivalent Tertiary qualification preferable; a diploma in Sales or Customer Service is ideal 3+ years in a Sales or Customer Service role (distributor/vendor/reseller preferable) Experience working in the SADC region is an added advantage. Must have experience in the IT and Distribution landscape Demonstrable evidence of excellent customer relationship management, service delivery, and communications skills Financial and business acumen, including an understanding of ERP and CRM systems Experience using digital sales tools in a customer-centric role Reliable transport This is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch A more comprehensive job description will be available upon application.
