As a Business Development Manager for Tarsus Distribution (TND), you will be tasked with acquiring new Partners and End-Customers in conjunction with the Partner channel. You will promote TND by offering the right services which deliver the ideal solutions yielding the correct outcomes for the partner, ensuring a steady flow of leads and identifying marketing opportunities for the business. You will drive strategic innovation by developing growth strategies and plans while selling creative enterprise solutions that drive educated and informed discussions with your clients.
By being customer-centric in all you do, you will drive business growth while improving the quality of engagement with our partner channel to deliver a consistent, cross-channel experience. Your market insights give you a thorough understanding of partners and allow you to create thought-provoking business propositions and solution offerings for them.

Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalentRelevant tertiary qualification - Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management – Advantageous3 - 4 years' experience in cybersecurity and Product / Account managementFinancial and business acumen, with experience in building business plansDistributor / Partner understanding and relationship building experienceGood understanding of the ICT and cybersecurity industry and the ability to keep up with Technology and Industry DevelopmentsOwn reliable transportThis is an office-based position in the Woodmead branch
