Tax Specialist

Tax Specialist - Hybrid PositionOur Client based in Sandton, an Accounting, Auditing & Tax Consulting firm, is currently looking for a Tax Specialist. This is a hybrid position.Key duties would include but are not limited to:Registering all tax typesSARS payment arrangementsSubmission of objections and appeals with SARSManage and submit SARS audits and reviewsPrepare tax paymentsSubmit and track tax returns (Companies, Trusts, and Individuals)Provisional tax management and submissionOrganize and update companies tax databaseRecommend tax strategies that align with business goalsSARS e-filing equippedReview and Compilation engagementsExperience/Education:Qualifications: B.Com AccountingAccountant office background and environment would be preferred.Articles: SAIPA/SAICA articles completed or a Tax qualification such as SAITExperience: 5+ years in an auditors/accounting firmPrograms: Xero, Sage, and Caseware. Additional programs will be of advantage.Successful candidate must be:Equipped and have strong working knowledge of tax compliance mattersWell equipped in tax admin matters on e-filingA good communicator (written and verbal skills)Dynamic and motivatedAble to work on their own and/or in a teamFast learnerPackage & RemunerationR40,000.00 to R45,000.00 per month
