Responsibilities:Supervision and management of the Tax Supervisor and Tax AssistantsReview of work submittedDelegation of work to subordinatesHandling Tax, VAT and PAYE AuditsLiaising with clients and SARS regarding the above-mentioned AuditsAssessmentsEnsuring that letters are sent to Clients for paymentTraining Tax Assistants or Article Clerks when requiredMonthly billingDealing with all Tax related queries that may arise RequirementsMinimum Qualifications, Skills, and ExperienceBcom DegreePostgraduate in Taxation would be advantagesPreferably post articles2-3 years experience in a similar roleExcellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) Behavioral CompetenciesMust pay attention to detailTeam player with the ability to work independentlyExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levelsAnalytical skills - must be able to compile and analyze reportsAble to meet deadlines and be innovative in a highly pressurized environment Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
