Tax Director - International Law Firm - Sandton

Our client, an international Law Firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Director to join their esteemed client in Johannesburg. This role is ideal for a professional with a deep understanding of corporate and international tax structuring and a strong background in handling acquisition funding and complex tax issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice and guidance on corporate and international tax structuring.Oversee and manage complex tax issues related to acquisition funding.Develop and implement effective tax strategies that align with business objectives.Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, if applicable, and ensure high standards of service delivery.Utilize an existing portable practice to drive business growth and maintain client relationships.Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure comprehensive tax planning and compliance.
Experience and Qualifications
LLB Degree, Admitted Attorney.LLM in Tax preferred. At least 8 - 10 years PQE.Exceptional knowledge and experience in corporate and international tax structuring.Proven track record in managing acquisition funding and complex tax issues.Strong leadership and team management skills; exceptional candidates may be considered to manage a team with our clients existing client base.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
