What you'll do:As an Operational Tax Associate, you will play a crucial role in our client's expanding operational tax team. You will be tasked with updating information in proprietary database systems and supporting annual investor reporting processes, including FATCA/CRS. Your role will extend beyond these tasks as you assist with monitoring wider compliance and reporting obligations such as US withholding processes, prepare withholding tax statements, and maintain the operational tax archives.Work with various third parties to ensure policies and procedures are adhered to in relation to investor reportingUpdate information in proprietary database systemsSupport with the annual investor reporting processes including FATCA/CRS, from technical analysis and liaising with third party advisersReport on the FATCA/CRS process to key internal stakeholdersAssist with monitoring wider compliance and reporting obligations such as US withholding processesPrepare withholding tax statementsMaintain the operational tax archives, including administrative duties related to the tax department's activitiesWhat you bring:The ideal Operational Tax Associate candidate brings a wealth of experience and skills to this role. With at least two years' experience in tax reporting, had exposure to FATCA and CRS or US chapter 3 withholding taxes. Have a strong attention to detail and an interest in developing knowledge in tax reporting. Excellent organisational and communication skills enable to work effectively within a small team, demonstrating high motivation and flexibility.
