We seek a detail-oriented and organized Tax Administrator to join our finance team.
The successful candidate will assist with tax compliance, preparation, planning and efiling ensuring accurate and timely submissions.Key Responsibilities:1.? ?Tax Compliance:    - Prepare and submit tax returns (e.g., VAT, PAYE, CIT) efiling     - Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and deadlines.•Income tax returns (ITR12, ITR14, IT12EI, ITR12T)•Provisional tax returns•Payroll•Monthly EMP201 returns (PAYE, UIF and SDL)•Employment Tax Incentive (ETI)•Dividends•Withholding tax returns (DWT)•Bi-Annual and Annual EMP501 Reconciliations•Value-Added Tax returns (VAT)•Tax Planning•Advisory•Tax Clearance Certificates•Tax Directives•Disputes (NOO and ADR)•Compromise offers2.? ?Tax Preparation:    - Gather and analyze financial data for tax purposes.    - Prepare tax calculations, schedules, and supporting documentation.3.? ?Tax Planning:    - Assist with tax planning strategies and advice.    - Research tax implications of business decisions.4.? ?Record-Keeping:    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records.    - Ensure compliance with tax authority requirements.5.? ?Communication:    - Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and internal stakeholders.    - Provide tax-related information and guidance to colleagues.6.? ?Other:    - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.    - Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.Competitive Salary. Urgent availability!
