You will report to the Taste & Wellbeing Technical Director for SAMEA. The role is flexible and offers excellent personal and professional development opportunities.You will operate the regional ingredient issue management platform and lead regional priorities in alignment with the global issue management platform and governance. You will help manage ingredient issue projects and ensure effective issue and product lifecycle processes and performance monitoring. You will coordinate the regional inflow of issues, manage the workload priorities of the technical flavourist team and align with stakeholders.Sounds interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity if, like us, you always aim to exceed customer needs!In this exciting role, you will be responsible for -Operate the Regional Ingredient Issue management platform:• Coordinate the regional inflow of requests and issues.• Ensure the smooth running of the regional issue management pipeline.• Ensure prioritisation according to the business impact and optimal resource allocation.• Provide transparency on progress, activity, pipeline, and priorities.• Ensure stakeholder alignment in issue management decisions and communication.• Get alignment and issue escalation with the Regional QIC Governance.• Improve and optimise ingredients issue management process.• Ensure continuous improvement of the regional ingredient issue platform.• Ensure alignment of operating principles and processes with global and with other regions.• Support implementation and maintenance of the formula change validation policy.Manage ingredient issue projects:• Analyse issues, change requests, and project proposals using agreed business principles.• Ensure business case-based priority setting and allocate the resources accordingly.• Design and present solutions for approval.• Establish strategies to implement the agreed option.• Build milestones and monitor and report progress.• Provide project management support for medium and large transfer projects.Ensure effective processes and performance monitoring:• Identify gaps in regional business processes and workflows.• Develop globally aligned, best practice processes and workflows.• Develop and implement an issue management dashboard.Manage workload priorities of the regional flavourist team and align with stakeholders:• Create a technical flavourist project overview and align priorities based on business needs and governance decisions.• Manage service level agreements between technical flavourists and stakeholders.• Highlight possible resource and priority conflicts to the governance teams and support resolution findings.You?Are you someone who wants to shape your own world?
