Task Order Manager (Tom)

Job Opportunity: Task Order Manager (TOM) at CGI FederalCGI Federal seeks a Task Order Manager (TOM) to oversee the Global Support Strategy (GSS) program for the U.S. Department of State in the English-Speaking South African region (South Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Tanzania). The TOM will manage visa operations support services, including public inquiries, appointment scheduling, fee collection, document delivery, and data collection across U.S. consulates and embassies.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage regional staff, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.Oversee client communication, manage expectations, and address service issues.Coordinate daily with vendors to ensure compliance and service excellence.Monitor service levels, prepare reports, and analyze customer feedback.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (advanced degree and PMP preferred).8+ years of experience managing large-scale programs, including 3+ years in leadership roles.Proficient in MS Office, with strong IT and report-writing skills.Experience with visa services, Microsoft Dynamics, and call centers is a plus.Must be eligible for RSO Security Certification.Skills:Strong leadership and communication abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus.This role requires a high level of discretion, flexibility, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
