Responsible for the full payroll function of a staff complement of +- 300 people.Process new employees and terminationsLoad & process all leave applications - only for those branches not on the ESS leave systemCalculate Leave Pay Outs upon terminationsManage accumulated leave days for each employeeChange/Update banking detailsProcessing of Tax Numbers & Tax DirectivesLoad/ Import all earnings: (Commission, Allowances, Incentives, Bonuses, and Increases Etc.)Load/Import all deductions: (Advances, Loans, Perks Tax, Medical aids, Pens/Provident Funds, Standard Bank Home Loans Etc.)Liaise with Medical Aids, Pension/Provident FundsCheck Tax Validation reports before confirming pay runProcess all Billings and ensure all reports reach Financial Managers on timeResponsible for pay queries and feedback to Financial Managers/ Accountants
