Join our team of successful Talent Sourcing Specialists and utilise your strong candidate sourcing skills by placing top talent with our established client base.
Telesales and business development is NOT required.
The purpose of the role is to source, screen and interview suitably qualified Candidates and manage the Candidate process from start to finish.
We require an individual with a passion for the recruitment industry, a strong sense of urgency, good communication skills, a high level of professionalism and an ability to work in a fast paced environment to ensure we manage and maintain our long standing corporate client base.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years recruitment agency experience is essential.
Exposure to pharmaceutical, medical or engineering industries will secure Telesales and business development is NOT required.
The purpose of the role is to source, screen and interview suitably qualified Candidates and manage the Candidate process from start to finish.

This position is to start February / March 2025 The role is office based in Bedfordview but will become hybrid after 3-4 months of inhouse training.
Duties consist of : Sourcing Candidates: Using various methods (job boards, social media, networking, headhunting) to find potential candidates.
Screening Candidates: Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles.
Shortlisting Candidates: Presenting qualified candidates to clients and recommending the most suitable candidates for each position.
Conducting Interviews: Interviewing candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client's needs.
Managing Candidate Expectations: Keeping candidates informed about job openings, interview stages and feedback.
Negotiating Offers: Assisting in salary negotiations and helping candidates make informed decisions.
Maintaining Candidate Records: Keeping detailed records candidate details, interview schedules and placements using recruitment software.
Collaborating with Team Members: Working with other recruiters or consultants to share insights and strategies to improve recruitment processes.
Professional telephone manner is required Good command of english language is essential Above average written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Manage and maintain regular candidate communication during the interview process
