Our client in the property development industry is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor.3 months fixed term contract, after which a decision will be made whether or not the person will be appointed permanently.Requirements:Reside in the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan area3-5 years residential experienceValid driver s licenseQualification in building or related fields will be advantageous.Skills:Able to perform under pressure.Willing to learnStrong leadership and management skills. Managing sub-contractors on various sites. (between 10-20 sub-contractors with their teams)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAttention to detailAble to read plans, take measurements and levels.Valid driver's licenseStrong physical staminaAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsAbility to complete projects successfully*** This position is open to all.
