Your responsibilities will include: Owning the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiations.
Building lasting relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the hiring journey.
Using innovative tools and platforms to research and engage with top talent from key competitors and diverse backgrounds.
Assessing candidates thoroughly during screening stages and interviews, ensuring we bring the best onboard.
Managing complex candidate closes for positions across the UK and European markets.
Proactively exceeding our client's expectations and driving excellence in everything we do.
What we are looking for: A solid understanding of recruitment with at least 2 years of experience recruiting diverse roles.
FMCG recruitment experience would be advantageous, but not a must.
A proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, showcasing your ability to succeed.
International recruitment experience is a plus, demonstrating your global perspective.
An interest in labour market data and analytics, helping us stay ahead of the curve.
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders, highlighting your exceptional communication skills.
Strong talent mapping abilities across global markets, making you an invaluable asset to our team.
