Talent & Recruitment Specialist Kuils River, Cape Town Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates from various platforms Reviewing applications from various platforms Conducting interviews Scheduling interviews with various stakeholders All administrative duties related to recruitment Building talent pipeline Drafting of job descriptions Performance management of employees (Guide and advise line managers) Internal development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, career growth development strategies Assess Individual development plans for employees Retention plan to maintain high performing employees Experience & Skills required: HR bachelors degree or Advanced Diploma (advantageous) Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment Excellent attention to detail Energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn Performance management experience
