Talent Partner (Remote)

Watershed Consulting is growing. We are needing to add more Talent Partners to our team. We have been in existence since 2000 so we have a good track record. We are BBBEE level 2. We pay excellent commission only. Its 50% on placements and as an incentive, if you place more than R300k in a quarter, you receive an extra 10% commission on all placements above R300k. You are responsible for some of your own business development, however you are also welcome to assist other recruiters with their positions as well. Currently we have a lot of positions so there is work while you onboard your own clients.
