Qualifications & Experience:Grade 12 CertificateBcom Hons in Human Resources or related degreeRegistered Psychometrist with HPCSAMinimum 8 years of Human Resources experienceAt least 5 years in a leadership role within HRKey Responsibilities:Oversee the complete employee life cycle, from on-boarding to exiting, including contractors and vendors.Manage administration and document control processes.Lead and execute projects related to employee management, from setting objectives to budgeting and performance monitoring.Develop and implement HR processes that align with operational scope and legal requirements.Ensure timely submission of statutory reports.Administer various HR functions such as pension, leave, grievance, performance appraisals, and more.Specialize in areas like employee benefits or pension administration, depending on the role.Key Skills:Conflict resolution and effective negotiation skillsExcellent listening and understanding abilitiesStrong leadership and relationship-building capabilitiesAbility to act with discretion while being assertive yet compassionateInnovative, with strong coaching and business management skillsBudgeting and financial control experienceExcellent communication and people management skillsHighly proficient in computer literacy and HR systems
