Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and document control during the complete life cycle of employee's, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting. Functions: Responsible for administration and document control during complete life cycle of employee's, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting. Specifies projects objectives, budgeting, scheduling and setting performance requirements. Plans, develops and implements processes and procedures aligned with Human Capital operational scope and legislation. Complies with submission of all statutory reports. May be responsible for the complete human resources administrative function within a branch or division or could be responsible for an area of a specialisation e.g. pension administration or employee benefits administration. Administration could include housing, car, medical, loan, pension, leave, grievance, disciplinary process, manpower statistics, government returns and performance appraisal documentation process Skills: Conflict resolution Listening and understanding skills Negotiation and persuasion skills Skill to act with discretion Relationship building skills Assertiveness Leadership skills Excellent communication skills Coaching skills Business Management Budgeting & Financial control People Management Computer Literacy Professionalism Innovative and creative Assertive yet compassionate Persuasion Customer focused Requirements: Grade 12 BCom Hons Degree in Human Resources Registration as Psychometrist at HPCSA Minimum 8-year experience as a Generalist in Human Resources 5 years' experience in a leadership role Remuneration: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
