Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and document control during the complete life cycle of employee's, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting.
Functions:Responsible for administration and document control during complete life cycle of employee's, contractors and vendors from on-boarding to exiting.Specifies projects objectives, budgeting, scheduling and setting performance requirements.Plans, develops and implements processes and procedures aligned with Human Capital operational scope and legislation.Complies with submission of all statutory reports.May be responsible for the complete human resources administrative function within a branch or division or could be responsible for an area of a specialisation e.g.
