Qualifications & Requirements:
5 to 10 years' experience as a Talent Manager in a national corporate environment, with 5 years at a leadership level.
Grade 12.
BCom Hons Human Resources Degree.
Registration as Psychometrist at HPCSA.
Responsibilities:
Administration and document control during the complete life cycle of employees, contractors, and vendors from onboarding to exiting.
Specify project objectives, budgeting, scheduling, and setting performance requirements.
Plan, develop, and implement processes and procedures aligned with Human Capital operational scope and legislation.
Comply with submission of all statutory reports.
May be responsible for the complete human resources administrative function within a branch or division or could be responsible for a specialization area (e.g., pension administration or employee benefits administration).
Administration could include housing, car, medical, loan, pension, leave, grievance, disciplinary processes, manpower statistics, government returns, and performance appraisal documentation processes.
