DESCRIPTION / SYNOPSIS: A leading South African corporate in the financial services sector is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Practitioner. This role focuses on 2 main aspects: Psychometric Assessments (40%) and Organizational Design (60%). Driving organizational effectiveness through strategic people solutions, combining psychometric assessments with talent management initiatives. Both roles overlap and support other business processes, ranging from employment processes to change management. This individual will be expected to bring a broader business knowledge to support HR alignment with overall organizational goals. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: BA/ BCom degree in Human Resources/Industrial Psychology Preferably a Postgraduate qualification (Honours or Masters) in Industrial Psychology Registered with HPCSA as a Psychometrist or Industrial Psychologist essential Minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior psychometrist role, including providing feedback at all levels Experience in Organizational Design projects and initiatives - NB At least 1 year of experience in implementing HR projects Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of HR processes and practices Expertise in psychometric assessments and organizational development Strong project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to drive change and foster a performance-driven culture RESPONSIBILITIES: Organizational Effectiveness: Align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals to enhance operational efficiency Design and implement end-to-end organizational development initiatives Assessment Centres and Psychometric Assessments: Develop and manage an Assessment Centre aligned with the company's competency framework Administer, score, and interpret psychometric assessments; provide detailed feedback to management and candidates Align assessment outcomes with talent management initiatives and make informed recommendations for recruitment and talent selection Project Delivery and Stakeholder Management: Drive the implementation of HR and OD projects, ensuring alignment with business needs Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance HR service delivery and support business objectives SOFT SKILLS/ADDITIONAL INFO: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders High level of emotional intelligence, with a focus on empathy and understanding of team dynamics Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail Do you see yourself as the successful Talent Management and OD Practitioner at this leading Company?
